About the Company eZmeeting
In 2002, development was begun on a revolutionary peer-to-peer Internet and network based collaboration technology to combine with the exceptional viewing and redlining capability of the original application. The resulting product was released under the trademarked eZ and eZmeeting brands. In 2003, the company added its own corporate IM application, eZmessenger. At the end of the first quarter of 2004, the company added a new desktop sharing component, eZdesktop, to compete with similar functionality in competing solutions from WebEx and Microsoft Office Live Meeting. In December of 2007 the company released eZ’s proprietary, high-performance viewing technology as a stand alone, universal viewer application available for anyone to download for free.
